Responsibilities
- On-time material supply for Landing Gear, including coordination with internal customers
- Performing milk run tasks for the engineering department as well as material distribution in LDG, the electroplating shop, and the paint shop
- Cross-departmental transport and supply using industrial trucks (forklifts, electric carts, Ameise)
- Loading tow trucks and performing internal transport tasks between the base and workshops
- Use of scanner systems for material distribution and booking within the departments
- Requesting equipment via the internal transport service for storing and moving large components
- Safe handling and securing of large parts using a crane and appropriate lifting gear
- Filing of accompanying documents and performing special tasks as directed by management
Qualifications
- Completed vocational training as a warehouse logistics specialist or equivalent skills and knowledge
- Initial professional experience in warehouse logistics, material supply, or internal transport is a plus
- Crane operator’s license and forklift operator’s license required
- Good German (at least B2) and basic English skills (at least A1)
- Willingness to work two shifts
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (not a student visa) is absolutely required
