An exciting project awaits you at our client Lufthansa Technik AG in Hamburg Fuhlsbüttel: As a BIM Manager / Project Manager, you will be responsible for the digitalization of complex construction projects – both nationally and internationally. You will drive tool development, develop standards, and actively advise on the integration of industrial facilities into construction planning and execution. Sound like a good fit? Tasks
- Management of BIM sub-projects within the framework of national and international construction projects
- Selection of suitable BIM tools and implementation of training courses for project participants
- Administration and key user function of BIM-relevant IT systems
- Conducting profitability analyses for BIM use, taking into account schedule and cost targets
- Managing external planning participants such as general planners, project managers, or technical experts
- Ensuring the collision-free integration of industrial plants into construction planning
- Providing technical advice to production areas using BIM/VR
- Development and establishment of BIM standards
Qualifications
- Degree in architecture, civil engineering, supply engineering, or electrical engineering
- Experience in project management of complex construction projects
- Strong knowledge of building information modeling (BIM) and, ideally, project management training
- Confident use of BIM tools such as CDE, Revit, or Archicad
- Good knowledge of relevant regulations (HOAI, VOB, AHO)
- Very good English (at least C2) and good German skills (at least B2)
- Willingness to travel internationally
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
