Tasks
- Monitoring time and material activities in the civil and military sectors for early detection of deviations
- Analyzing and evaluating risks and deriving measures for business development
- Monitoring the performance of commercial policy in line with strategy and plan
- Monthly results analysis and management reporting
- Supporting financial processes (operational plan, forecast, landing), including consolidation of relevant business inputs
- Supporting the offer team with commercial concessions (commercial gestures)
- Promotion of business excellence through lean principles and modern problem-solving methods
- Coaching & knowledge transfer to strengthen expertise, autonomy, and continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Successfully completed degree in industrial engineering, business administration, or a comparable field of study
- Many years of professional experience as an economist, financial analyst, data scientist, or business improver, ideally in the aviation industry
- In-depth knowledge of MS Office, SAP, and Google Workspace
- Business fluent English (at least C1) and advanced German (at least B2); French skills are also an advantage
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
