Responsibilities


  • Performance Management: Measure and evaluate corporate performance by collecting, consolidating and synthesising performance indicators
  • Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate the exchange of performance data, root cause analyses and recommendations to support decision-making
  • Project Identification: Identify and define strategic improvement projects to achieve the targeted corporate performance
  • Data Analysis: Systematically evaluate performance data and derive well-founded courses of action
  • Project Control: Plan and coordinate the defined improvement projects and monitor their implementation


Qualifications

  • Completed Master's or Diplom degree in Business Administration, International Management, Economics or Project Management
  • Several years of professional experience in project management
  • Ideally initial experience in stakeholder and change management
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office
  • Business fluent German (at least C1) and proficient English (at least B2); French knowledge is an advantage
  • CV in English required
  • Team player, strong communication skills and service-oriented working style
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
