Responsibilities
- Performance Management: Measure and evaluate corporate performance by collecting, consolidating and synthesising performance indicators
- Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate the exchange of performance data, root cause analyses and recommendations to support decision-making
- Project Identification: Identify and define strategic improvement projects to achieve the targeted corporate performance
- Data Analysis: Systematically evaluate performance data and derive well-founded courses of action
- Project Control: Plan and coordinate the defined improvement projects and monitor their implementation
Qualifications
- Completed Master's or Diplom degree in Business Administration, International Management, Economics or Project Management
- Several years of professional experience in project management
- Ideally initial experience in stakeholder and change management
- Very good knowledge of MS Office
- Business fluent German (at least C1) and proficient English (at least B2); French knowledge is an advantage
- CV in English required
- Team player, strong communication skills and service-oriented working style
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
