Tasks
- Management and support of projects with a focus on sustainability and customer line infrastructure
- Responsibility for CapEx processes including planning, forecasting, and reporting
- Introduction of efficient project management methods and ensuring that targets are met (time, costs, quality)
- Building and maintaining a robust end-to-end project portfolio
- Implementing risk and opportunity management for early identification of potential hurdles
- Managing business cases for investment decisions and sustainable corporate development
- Optimizing customer services and supporting digital transformation
- Reportingand supporting the presentation of customer satisfaction
Qualifications
- Degree in industrial engineering, business administration, economics, international management or similar
- Several years of professional experience in project management, process improvement and contract management
- In-depth knowledge of change management, lean management and risk management
- Knowledge of agile methods desirable
- Confident use of Google Workspace, Skywise experience an advantage
- Business fluent German and English skills (at least C1)
- Resume in English required
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
