Tasks
- Machining of aircraft components according to technical drawings, with a focus on bushing production
- Operation of conventional lathes
- Programming and operating CNC lathes
- Ensuring dimensionally accurate manufacturing in compliance with aviation standards
- Inspection of workpieces for dimensional accuracy and quality
- Documentation of work steps according to internal guidelines
- Compliance with safety regulations and aviation-specific standards
Qualifications
- Completed vocational training as a machinist, cutting machine operator, or in a comparable metalworking profession
- Several years of experience in turning, both on conventional and CNC-controlled machines
- Experience in working with technical drawings and manufacturing tolerances is desirable
- Good knowledge of German (at least B2), basic knowledge of English (at least A1)
- Willingness to work in a 2-shift system
- A valid and unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is strictly required
