Tasks

• Operation and monitoring of modern milling machines, including selection and adjustment of process parameters
• Setting up and inserting components according to nesting plans
• Assigning components according to nesting programs
• Deburring components as part of post-processing
• Creating system messages and ensuring complete documentation
• Forwarding the processed components to the next cost center
• Compliance with quality standards in the production process

Qualifications

• Completed vocational training in the metalworking sector (e.g., as a cutting machine operator, industrial mechanic, metal technology specialist (focus on cutting technology), machine and plant operator, or mechatronics engineer)
• Many years of professional experience in manufacturing/production, preferably in aerospace or mechatronics
• Experience in operating CNC or milling machines
• Knowledge of Google Workspace and SAP R/3 desirable
• German language skills (at least C1), beginner level English language skills (at least A2)
• Willingness to work in a 3-shift system
• A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
