Responsibilities
- CNC machine operation: Professionally operate and monitor numerically controlled (NC) machines for the production of metallic sheet metal components
- Manufacturing of individual parts: Precisely process and manufacture components through milling, laser cutting, and deburring
- Tool and fixture application: Apply various aids, tools, and fixtures for different machining techniques
- Maintenance and servicing: Perform regular maintenance work on machines and equipment
- Quality inspections: Inspect and document finished parts according to quality standards
- Control technology: Safely operate and program machine controls, especially Siemens 840D
Qualifications
- Completed vocational training as an industrial mechanic, metalworker, vehicle body builder, or in a comparable skilled trade or commercial metalworking profession
- Many years of professional experience in precision mechanics, manufacturing, production, or industrial mechanics
- Several years of practical experience as a machine operator
- Confident handling of numerically controlled machines and specific knowledge of Siemens 840D control systems
- Business fluent German (at least C1); proficient English (at least B2)
- Willingness to work shifts
- Teamwork skills, independent working style, and high reliability
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
