Responsibilities
- Surface coating with paints, adhesives, signs, preservation wax, or sealants according to specifications
- Sealing work on components: planning and implementation
- Surface preparation: cleaning and activating for subsequent processes
- Repair work for manufacturing deviations and complaints, carried out independently
- Order and quantity control to ensure process quality
- Logistics: packing and unpacking components as well as setting up the work area and workpiece
- Work preparation: providing tools and materials as well as reviewing and compiling construction documentation
Qualifications
- Completed vocational training as a vehicle painter
- Several years of professional experience as a painter
- Experience in surface coating and sealing technology
- Knowledge of handling the relevant tools and materials
- German skills at least at an advanced level (at least B2)
- Basic skills in English (at least A2)
- Willingness to work under specific hazard characteristics (e.g., dust exposure, handling of chemicals)
- Teamwork skills, independent way of working, and concentrated work attitude
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
