Tasks

  • Manufacture composite parts manually according to specifications using the hand lay-up method in a 2-shift system
  • Work on components for various helicopter models and technologies
  • Remove finished parts from molds and carry out structured post-processing
  • Operate laser projection systems for precision layering
  • Perform self-checks and basic quality assurance during production

Qualifications

  • Completed vocational training in a skilled trade, e.g. Process Mechanic for Plastics and Rubber Technology, Painter/Lacquerer, Carpenter, Joiner, or similar
  • Several years of practical experience in a production environment, ideally with composite materials or aviation
  • Structured and solution-oriented way of working, reliable and team-minded personality
  • Familiarity with SAP and BDE systems as well as basic technical drawing interpretation according to Airbus standards is an advantage
  • Fluent German (at least C1) and basic English (at least A2) required
  • Willingness to work in 2nd and 3rd shift operations
  • A valid and unrestricted work permit for the European Union is mandatory (student visas are not accepted)
