The gross annual salary is, depending on qualifications, max. 65,552 €. This position is initially to be filled on a fixed-term basis until 30.04.2028. Responsibilities


  • System familiarization with existing IT infrastructures and components
  • Test environments independently plan, set up, and maintain
  • Hardware evaluation of new components, including testing and assessment
  • Hardware configuration adapt and optimize for specific applications
  • Test specifications create and document for hardware components
  • Project support provide assistance for integration and testing at the customer site
  • Systems engineering support in the selection and evaluation of system components
  • Quality inspection perform incoming and outgoing inspections of hardware components


Qualifications

  • Completed vocational training as an IT specialist with many years of professional experience OR completed Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Aerospace Engineering, or a comparable field of study
  • Many years of experience with computer architectures
  • Knowledge of network technology (e.g., Ethernet, Fiber Optics, IP, Routing) is advantageous
  • Experience in handling the Linux operating system (RedHat) required
  • IT hardware knowledge (e.g., computer architectures, storage media) is a significant advantage
  • Business fluent German (at least C1) and business fluent English (at least C1)
  • Willingness to travel for business
  • Independent, self-reliant, and proactive working style, team player skills, and resilience
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
