For our client Lufthansa Technik AG, we are looking for a Construction Project Manager at the Hamburg-Fuhlsbüttel location. You will take responsibility for demanding new construction and renovation projects, from hangars to production facilities, ensuring economical and timely implementation.

Responsibilities
- Evaluation and optimization of buildings and structural facilities from legal and economic perspectives
- Project management for cross-site new construction and renovation projects for infrastructure and utility facilities
- Modernization of existing facilities considering cost-effectiveness, deadlines, and quality
- Concept development for maintenance and servicing of structural facilities
- Technical consultation for production areas and equipment planners on construction projects
- Conduct cost-benefit analyses and create project orders and approval documents
Qualifications
- Successfully completed university degree in architecture, civil engineering, or a comparable field
- Several years of experience in managing and executing complex construction projects
- In-depth knowledge of relevant legal regulations (HOAI, AHO, building legislation) as well as business management contexts
- Business fluent German (at least C1) and basic English skills (at least A2)
- Willingness to undertake job-related further training and to work on assignments domestically and abroad
- Analytical skills, teamwork, and independent way of working
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
