Tasks
- Managing the financial performance of the A320 Family Program and ensuring alignment with program objectives
- Coordinating the bottom-up Annual Operating Plan (AOP) budget process across all Project Delivery Teams
- Preparing and delivering quarterly forecast reports to department management, including reliable statements on the financial situation
- Acting as the main interface between various Airbus institutions for AOP/forecasting, including variance analysis and risks & opportunities
- Monitoring budgets vs. actuals and overseeing financial reporting in the context of non-recurring price (NRP) offers and purchase order management
- Ensuring commercial coordination with subsidiaries on statement of work content, deliverables, and financial milestones
- Managing the end-to-end PO lifecycle, including invoicing and goods receipt processes for all orders initiated annually
- Standardizing formats, templates, and working documents to harmonize the way of working across the extended organization
Qualifications
- Degree in industrial engineering, business administration, or economics
- Several years of professional experience in project management, finance, product development, and supply chain
- Initial experience in supplier management
- Basic knowledge of change management and risk management, and good knowledge of project management
- Initial application knowledge of SAP and confident use of Google Workspace
- Business fluent in German and English (at least C1 in each); knowledge of French is an advantage
- Willingness to travel occasionally within the European Union (approx. once every two months)
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
- Resume in English required
