Tasks

• Maintenance and validation of HR data from various internal sources
• Creation and further development of HR dashboards using tools such as Excel and Power BI
• Data analysis to identify trends and potential for improvement
• Assistance with presentations and evaluations for internal stakeholders
• Administrative support for the HR controlling team (scheduling, documentation, communication)
• Ensuring data quality in all reporting processes
• Compliance with data protection and confidentiality guidelines
  

Qualifications

• Completed master's or diploma degree in business administration, human resources, finance, statistics, data science or comparable field
• Several years of experience in controlling and human resources
• Experience in data analysis is an advantage
• Detailed specialist knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau is an advantage
• Business fluent German and English skills (at least C1)
• Valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
