Responsibilities
- Financial Planning: Define multi-year financial goals, create forecasts, and develop financial models and business cases
- Financial Analysis: Conduct performance evaluation, variance analysis, and identify optimization potential in cost base and revenues
- Risk Management: Anticipate financial risks and opportunities and advise on risk mitigation strategies
- Process Compliance: Define, document financial processes and ensure their strict adherence
- Cost Accounting: Define suitable cost accounting structures (cost centers, project codes) and create cost allocation models
- Reporting: Create accurate financial reports with appropriate granularity and provide relevant information for investor relations
- Financial Awareness: Provide financing toolboxes and sharpen business awareness in financial matters
Qualifications
- Successfully completed Master's or Diplom degree in Business Administration or Economics
- Several years of professional experience in controlling, particularly in finance and business controlling
- Experience in project controlling
- Detailed specialist knowledge of MS-Office and SAP; Google Workspace knowledge required
- Business fluent German (at least C1) and business fluent English (at least C1)
- Knowledge of IFRS accounting standards and German Commercial Code (HGB) required; understanding of OPEX and CapEx fundamental
- Strong analytical skills, independent working style, and good communication skills
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
