Responsibilities
- Financial Planning & Controlling: Ensuring the planning, monitoring, and steering of a company or specific functions
- Performance Management: Analysis of qualitative and quantitative performance data against budgets and targets
- Finance Business Partnering: Acting as a Finance Business Partner for the development area and supporting operational managers
- Process Optimization: Improving controlling processes for enhanced cost transparency
- Reporting: Preparation of consolidated financial reporting and ensuring compliance
- Resource Planning: Planning workload and staffing according to targets and functional strategy
- Project Support: Participation in projects to digitalize reporting and support for M&A activities
Qualifications
- Completed degree in Business Administration or Finance (at least Master's/Diploma)
- Many years of professional experience in controlling, finance, and IT/information systems (each over 5 years)
- Very good knowledge of MS Office and SAP (detailed functions)
- Business fluent German (at least C1) and business fluent English (at least C1)
- High degree of independence, sense of responsibility, and resilience
- Strong teamwork skills, communication skills, and organizational talent
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
