At Airbus Operations GmbH in Bremen, you will work as an Coordinator Aircraft Management to steer handover processes between the Wing-Equipping Line and the Final Assembly Line (FAL). You act as the central interface for all handover-related topics, manage risks, and optimize material flow – ensuring each aircraft is assembled on time and to quality standards.

Responsibilities
- Handover Management: Act as Wing-Equipping Line representative for all handover processes to the Final Assembly Line (FAL)
- Interface Coordination: Steer operational alignment between production in Bremen and Toulouse as well as the Broughton plant
- Quality Gate Management: Negotiate and track handover targets (Q-Gate H) and delivery targets (Q-Gate S) with all stakeholders
- Risk Management: Proactively identify risks, mitigate them, and develop solutions with all involved parties
- Disruption Management: Manage disruptions in the nominal material flow during operational business, especially for aircraft close to handover
- Supplier Management: Analyze and address potential supplier issues impacting outstanding work
Qualifications
- Completed degree in Aerospace Engineering or a technical field (minimum Bachelor's)
- Many years of experience in aircraft construction (over 5 years)
- Several years of experience in Interface Management (over 2 years) and Aircraft Management (over 2 years)
- Experience in Supplier Management (over 1 year)
- Proficient use of SAP (advanced application knowledge) and Google Workspace
- Business fluent German (at least C1); business fluent English (at least C1)
- Experience with ACPnG (Aircraft Management tool) required; prior Airbus experience required
- Strong communicative skills and independent, structured working approach
- CV in English required
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) mandatory
