Tasks

  • Responsible for material planning and service-related inventory analysis in an international customer environment at Airbus Satair
  • Coordination of forecast alignment with local planners and consolidation of material requirements for operational planning areas
  • Support in the introduction of new services and in ensuring planability across all product life cycles
  • Close collaboration with stakeholders in Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality and Sales
  • Management of commercial ad-hoc requests within ongoing operations
  • Training and mentoring of new planners within the planner network
  • Analysis and implementation of efficiency improvement potentials

Qualifications

  • Completed degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or Supply Chain Management / Logistics
  • Extensive professional experience in supplier management, supply chain/logistics, technical documentation, and project management
  • Strong expertise in Lean, Process, and Risk Management
  • Solid working knowledge of SAP and Google Workspace, with initial practical experience in Python and SQL
  • Fluent German and English skills at a negotiation level (min. C1)
  • Willingness to travel internationally 1–2 times per year
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (student visas not accepted) is mandatory
