Responsibilities
- Structural Assembly: Preparation and joining of simple and complex housing parts and components according to construction documents
- Joining Operations: Execution of complex joining processes with high precision and care
- Small Parts Assembly: Preparation and joining of small parts for structural manufacturing
- Process Optimization: Ensuring efficient workflow according to technical specifications
- Quality Orientation: Working according to defined standards and construction documents to guarantee product quality
Qualifications
- Vocational training as boatbuilder, carpenter, joiner or a comparable commercial training
- Many years of professional experience in assembly, ideally in structural assembly or aviation manufacturing
- Experience working with ERP systems and specialized manufacturing software tools
- Confident handling of IT systems in a manufacturing environment
- Business fluent German (at least C1); basic skills in English (at least A2)
- High degree of responsibility, resilience, and organizational talent
- Teamwork skills and good communication abilities to ensure information flow
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
