Tasks

  • Processing of customs-related inquiries from the entire LHT Group as part of first-level support
  • Review of customs-relevant data and initiation and assurance of clarification of open matters
  • Communication with relevant interfaces to ensure appropriate solutions for complex issues
  • Coordination of additional first-level support colleagues to increase team efficiency
  • Support with special tasks and participation in department-specific projects
  • Optimization of own work processes to ensure continuous improvement of workflows
  • Compilation of information as a basis for case analysis
  • Close collaboration with internal and external partners in an international environment

Qualifications

  • Completed vocational training as a commercial clerk or equivalent qualification through long-standing professional experience
  • Several years of professional experience in the area of foreign trade desirable
  • Very good IT skills in SAP and MS Office
  • Proficient English skills (at least C1)
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, service-oriented, able to handle conflicts and act responsibly
  • Analytical thinking, organizational skills, quick comprehension, accurate working style as well as intercultural competence
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
