The gross annual salary is, depending on qualifications, max. 63,141 €. This position is initially to be filled on a fixed-term basis until 31.08.2027. Responsibilities
- Interface Management with Development: Close coordination with End-to-End Project Management to seamlessly connect development and deployment activities
- Process Steering: Orchestrate the end-to-end process from demand trigger to feedback loop, ensuring consistent deployment across all solutions and stakeholders
- Portfolio Governance: Responsible for offer and forecast management (Training Plan), ensuring compliance with internal policies and security requirements
- Strategy Validation: Validate deployment logic based on solution and registration types to ensure flexibility and compliance for business users
- Training Paths & Role Enablement: Coordinate the definition of role-based training paths and ensure structured categorization (Enabler/Mandatory/Optional)
- Session Planning & Execution: Plan, schedule, and coordinate training sessions end-to-end
- Reporting & Communication: Manage deployment deliverables in scheduling tools and drive communication (e.g., via Spark) and automated feedback loops
- Cross-functional Support: Support all transversal Change Operational Deployment (COD) activities and contribute to change impact analysis
Qualifications
- Completed Master's or Diplom degree in Engineering or Business Administration
- Several years of professional experience in Change Management and Project Management
- Experience working with international teams and in complex, cross-functional environments
- Very good knowledge of MS-Office; experience with Google Workspace and scheduling tools (e.g., Unified Planning, JIRA) is an advantage
- Business fluent English (at least C1)
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills, as well as the ability to persuade and influence stakeholders
- Analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and a proactive, solution-oriented approach to work
- CV in English required
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
