The gross annual salary is, depending on qualifications, max. 57,075 €. This position is initially to be filled on a fixed-term basis until 30.06.2027. Responsibilities
- Construction technology for composite and hybrid structures
- Design and validation of optimized components and assemblies
- Weight and cost optimization considering performance and production requirements
- Product safety by using appropriate design tools and methods
- Development processes for military aircraft structures
Qualifications
- Successfully completed degree in Engineering or Aerospace (at least Bachelor's)
- Several years of professional experience as a Design Engineer / Designer
- Solid experience with military aircraft structures
- Proficient use of CAD tools such as CATIA V5, DDMS 3D Experience, or VPM
- Business fluent English (at least C1); German skills are an advantage
- Flexibility, adaptability, and strong communication skills
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
