Tasks
- Detailkonstruktion von mechanischenBetriebsmitteln für den Fertigungs- und Instandhaltungsbereich
- Erstellen von CAD-Modellen sowie Fertigungszeichnungenin SolidWorks
- Aufnehmen und Dokumentieren vonMaßen an Fluggeräten und Bauteilen direkt im Betrieb
- Aufbauen vonStücklisten und Erstellen einer fertigungsgerechten Betriebsmitteldokumentation
- Archivieren und Verwalten von CAD-Daten im PLM-System Windchill
- Abstimmen von technischen Details mit internen Schnittstellen, um Konstruktionen schnell fertigungstauglich zu machen
- Detailed design of mechanical operating equipment for the production and maintenance areas
- Creation of CAD models and production drawings in SolidWorks
- Recording and documenting dimensions of aircraft and components directly in operation
- Creating parts lists and preparing production-ready equipment documentation
- Archiving and managing CAD data in the Windchill PLM system
- Coordinating technical details with internal interfaces to quickly make designs suitable for production
Qualifications
- Completed vocational training as a technical draftsman or detail designer
- Several years of experience in detail design or technical drawing in a mechanical environment
- Experience in creating manufacturing drawings and parts lists
- Very good knowledge of SolidWorks
- Knowledge of equipment development and manufacturing technology desirable
- Knowledge of PLM systems, ideally Windchill
- Confident German language skills (at least B2) and basic English language skills (at least A2)
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
