We are looking for a dedicated full-timeDispatcher Logistics Aviation for our customer Airbus Helicopters Deutschland GmbH at their Donauwörth site. In this role, you will be the central point of contact for material availability for the NH90 program – from determining requirements to delivery. Tasks

  • Ensuring material availability for the end user at the required time
  • Logistics level 3 planning and processing of material requirements according to priority
  • Transfer of customer requirements from the SASPF system to SAP, including data management
  • Coordination of deliveries from Central Stock NH90 to Bundeswehr locations and main warehouses
  • Processing complaints, non-conformities, and unusable material
  • Querying and monitoring delivery dates, including communication with consumers
  • Controlling repair measures and monitoring material shelf life
  • Compliance with internal processes and quality standards

Qualifications

  • Completed training as a logistics specialist or comparable commercial or technical training with further training as a technician or specialist
  • Several years of professional experience in the areas of material planning, scheduling, logistics and production planning
  • Several years of experience in technical documentation, as a technical clerk, and in the area of supply chain
  • Very good knowledge of SAP and SASPF
  • Native German language skills and business fluent English (at least C1)
  • Experience in the military aviation sector, especially NH90, required
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
