We are currently looking for a Dispatcher / Material Planner Aviation Logistics for our customer Airbus Helicopters Germany GmbH at their Donauwörth site. In this role, you will ensure the smooth planning and procurement of spare parts for civil and military aircraft – in compliance with the highest quality and supply standards. Tasks
- Determining and defining material and parts requirements for civil and military models
- Optimizing and implementing material planning and purchasing processes
- Analyzing deviations between target and actual values and identifying process weaknesses
- Ensuring material availability in a decentralized supply network
- Responsibility for order management for a defined spare parts segment
- Processing revalidations, quality reports, and deadline inquiries
- Evaluating key figures and initiating control measures as needed
- Participating in the implementation of planning strategies in an international environment
Qualifications
- Completed commercial or technical training with further training as a technician or specialist
- Several years of professional experience in the areas of scheduling/material procurement, purchasing, logistics, process planning and supply chain management
- Detailed specialist knowledge of SAP
- Business fluent German and English skills (at least C1)
- Structured approach to work with strong communication and teamwork skills
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
