Responsibilities
- Document Management: Classification, registration, and processing of released technical documents in the BusinessFlow system
- Quality Control: Checking incoming documents for accuracy and reproducible quality
- Complaint Management: Initiating and tracking complaints with the responsible department as necessary
- System Administration: Secure handling of the information system to ensure a seamless document flow
- Process Optimization: Continuous improvement of administrative processes for technical construction documents
Qualifications
- Completed vocational training as an Industrial Management Assistant, Technical Drafter, or comparable commercial/technical education
- Many years of professional experience in commercial or technical administration
- Several years of experience in handling IT/information systems and technical documentation
- Proficient use of MS Office and SAP (knowledge of detailed functions)
- Business fluent German (at least C1) and proficient English (at least B2)
- High level of service orientation, teamwork skills, and a careful, quality-conscious work approach
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
