Responsibilities


  • Quality assurance through technical inspections during aircraft manufacturing
  • Deviation management: Release components for the next production steps
  • Non-conformity management: Create, track, and close deviations and complaints
  • Troubleshooting to resolve disruptions in the manufacturing process
  • Technical guidance for production staff and authorized inspectors
  • Training of new authorized inspectors and approval of work samples
  • Practical Problem Solving (PPS) to analyze and solve quality issues


Qualifications

  • Completed vocational training as an aircraft mechanic or in a technical profession with at least master craftsman qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in the aerospace industry, ideally in aircraft construction
  • Several years of practical experience in the fields of electrical systems, mechanics, and quality assurance
  • Proficient use of SAP (in-depth application knowledge) and Google Workspace
  • Business fluent German (at least C1) and proficient English
  • Fulfillment of the required packages from the pre-qualification (3.1, 4 and 9)
  • Independent, structured, and results-oriented working style as well as strong communication and teamwork skills
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
