Responsibilities
- Integration of cable bundles and electrical devices into helicopter modules
- Perform self-inspections and general testing work on electrical systems
- Assembly of components using manual and special test tools
- Installation of ESN wiring followed by measurement and testing work
- Carry out bonding measurements to ensure electrical connections
- Gluing and securing cable holders according to technical specifications
- Implement work instructions in accordance with construction documents, standards, and regulations
Qualifications
- Completed vocational training as an electrician, mechatronics technician, or aircraft electrician (m/f/x)
- Several years of professional experience in electrical assembly and manufacturing electrical work
- Many years of experience in the aerospace, aircraft construction, and mechatronics sectors
- Proficient use of MS Office
- Business fluent German (at least C1); proficient English (at least B2)
- Willingness to work shifts and travel for assembly work
- Teamwork skills, flexibility, and independent working style
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
