Tasks
- Collaboration on the development of a modern, pioneering line production concept (line balancing)
- Close interface work with engineering to implement new design approaches
- Development and implementation of innovative fixture concepts
- Review and approval of construction documents in accordance with technical standards
- Providing design advice for new developments and further developments
- Creating all relevant manufacturing engineering data
- Maintaining parts lists, production plans, and SAP data
- Creating SOI (Standard Operating Instructions) and performing cost analyses
- Processing quality reports and implementing design changes
- Participating in process optimization projects and PFMEA analyses to define test requirements
Qualifications
- Completed training as an electrician with further training as a technician/specialist or a degree in electrical engineering or similar
- Experience in work preparation, design, and development desirable
- Knowledge of 3D CAD systems, ideally CATIA V5
- Good knowledge of MS Office and SAP R3
- Business fluent German (at least C1) and proficient English (at least B2)
- Very good technical understanding and structured way of working
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
