Responsibilities
- Aviation regulatory compliance: Ensure adherence to Service Bulletins (SB), Alert Service Bulletins (ASB), and Airworthiness Directives (AD)
- Life-cycle documentation: Create and maintain complete life-cycle records for helicopters
- Log card management: Take responsibility for maintaining log cards and accurately recording all maintenance work performed
- Production support: Assist in clarifying and reviewing necessary rework documentation
- Delivery documentation: Create and provide delivery documentation for H135 and H145 helicopter models
- Handover support: Actively support the handover of helicopters to customers
- Customer visits: Conduct Customer Eyes Visits and clarify documentation requirements on-site
Qualifications
- Completed vocational training as an Electronics Technician for Aviation Systems (Aircraft Electronics Technician) with master craftsman's diploma OR as an Aircraft Mechanic specializing in Production Technology with master craftsman's diploma OR commercial training with many years of professional experience
- Several years of professional experience in production/manufacturing as well as quality management (at least 3 years each)
- Confident handling of MS-Office and SAP (knowledge of detailed functions)
- Business fluent German (at least C1) and proficient English
- Knowledge in maintaining life-cycle records and creating aircraft accompanying documentation is desirable
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, solution-oriented and meticulous working style
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
