Responsibilities
- Maintenance of complex production facilities and systems through inspections, servicing and repair
- Fault analysis and rectification of malfunctions on production machines, especially in control technology (PLC) and drive technology
- Programming, parameterisation and optimisation of machine controls
- Installation and commissioning of new facilities and components
- Documentation of maintenance and repair work as well as creation of technical reports
- Interdisciplinary collaboration with production, quality assurance and specialist departments for smooth operation
- Process optimisation through active participation in the continuous improvement of maintenance processes and facility performance
- Safety & Quality: Compliance with all relevant standards and operational requirements
Qualifications
- Completed vocational training as an electrician, mechatronics technician, industrial electronics technician or comparable technical training
- Several years of professional experience in the maintenance of production facilities, ideally in aviation or automation technology
- Solid knowledge in electrical engineering, mechanics, hydraulics and pneumatics
- Secure knowledge in PLC programming (Siemens S7, TIA Portal) and fault diagnosis as well as good knowledge in analysing circuit diagrams
- Business fluent German (at least C1); basic English skills (at least A2)
- Willingness to work shifts (currently 2-shift)
- Strong communication skills, high quality awareness, independent and structured working style
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
