Responsibilities


  • Maintenance of complex production facilities and systems through inspections, servicing and repair
  • Fault analysis and rectification of malfunctions on production machines, especially in control technology (PLC) and drive technology
  • Programming, parameterisation and optimisation of machine controls
  • Installation and commissioning of new facilities and components
  • Documentation of maintenance and repair work as well as creation of technical reports
  • Interdisciplinary collaboration with production, quality assurance and specialist departments for smooth operation
  • Process optimisation through active participation in the continuous improvement of maintenance processes and facility performance
  • Safety & Quality: Compliance with all relevant standards and operational requirements


Qualifications

  • Completed vocational training as an electrician, mechatronics technician, industrial electronics technician or comparable technical training
  • Several years of professional experience in the maintenance of production facilities, ideally in aviation or automation technology
  • Solid knowledge in electrical engineering, mechanics, hydraulics and pneumatics
  • Secure knowledge in PLC programming (Siemens S7, TIA Portal) and fault diagnosis as well as good knowledge in analysing circuit diagrams
  • Business fluent German (at least C1); basic English skills (at least A2)
  • Willingness to work shifts (currently 2-shift)
  • Strong communication skills, high quality awareness, independent and structured working style
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
