Responsibilities
- Plant Operation of the galvanic TSA plant and monitoring of the production process
- Process Control through adjustment work and monitoring of chemical parameters such as pH value, temperature, and exposure time
- Documentation of component orders, optimization potential, and process controls
- Troubleshooting with analysis of fault causes and rectification or notification of maintenance
- Preparation and Follow-up such as setting up, aligning, tool fitting, and IT system maintenance
- Quality Control of pre-treatment including TSA anodization as well as manual final processing and inspection
- Onboarding of new employees into processes and workflows
Qualifications
- Completed vocational training as an Aircraft Mechanic (Engine Technology), Industrial Mechanic, Process Mechanic for Coating Technology, or in a comparable skilled trade or metalworking profession
- Many years of professional experience in manufacturing or production
- Initial experience in galvanic or surface technology is an advantage
- Confident handling of Google Workspace
- Business fluent German (at least C1) and proficient English (at least B2)
- Willingness to work shifts in a 3-shift system and on weekends
- Teamwork skills, quick comprehension, and adaptability to changing tasks
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
