Tasks
- Management of certification projects, including project planning, risk management and reporting
- Definition of the certification strategy and alignment of certification requirements with internal departments and external authorities
- Development and coordination of compliance demonstration programs, ensuring adherence to airworthiness regulations
- Close collaboration with authorities, chief engineers and specialist departments to meet certification targets
- Assessment and approval of compliance documents within the scope of the existing organizational approvals
- Support in the harmonization of future certification projects
- Coordination of flight clearanceactivities for prototypes and test aircraft
- Use of the internal airworthiness network to increase process efficiency
Qualifications
- Completed university degree in Engineering, Aerospace Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
- Extensive professional experience in the fields of aerospace, product development, helicopter systems development and project management, ideally with transnational development projects
- Several years of experience in design engineering and aircraft manufacturing
- Proven knowledge of aircraft or system certification processes
- Basic German skills (at least A2) and business fluent English (at least C1); French is an advantage
- A valid and unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
