Tasks
- Lead infrastructure and equipment projects in the production environment
- Conduct value stream analyses and develop efficient production layouts
- Identify and implement innovative production methods to improve quality and processes
- Carry out process analyses and implement sustainable optimisations
- Develop maintenance, repair and training concepts for critical production equipment
- Provide consulting to national and international production sites of Lufthansa Technik
- Continuously improve workflows and ensure the implementation of process changes
- Define, implement and monitor KPIs, performance goals and quality standards
Qualifications
- Completed university degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems or Business Administration
- Several years of experience in managing complex projects as well as extensive knowledge in project, process and lean management
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office, JIRA, SAP and wiki-based systems
- Fluent English skills (min. C1) and good German skills (min. B2)
- Willingness to travel occasionally, both nationally and internationally
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
