Responsibilities
- Human-Machine Interfaces: Holistic development for complex systems – from pre-design to verification
- Certification Support according to civil and military regulations
- Human Factors Engineering: Application of specific tools and procedures
- Work Package Responsibility for human-factors-specific tasks
- System Development with a focus on user experience and software ergonomics
- Validation and Verification of interfaces using prototyping methods
- Safety Demonstration for system aspects
Qualifications
- Successfully completed Master's or Diplom degree in Psychology, Engineering, Aerospace, or Human Factors Engineering
- Several years of professional experience in engineering, ideally in the aerospace sector
- Deepened experience in Human Factors Engineering is mandatory
- Detailed specialist knowledge of MS Office; experience with graphical user interfaces is an advantage
- Business fluent English (at least C1); knowledge of other languages is a plus
- Teamwork and communication skills in an international environment
- Self-reliant, systematic, and self-motivated way of working
- CV in English required
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
