Responsibilities
- End-to-End Industrialisation: Successfully implement equipment (Jigs & Tools) from planning to final acceptance and handover to production
- Planning & Concept: New and series planning of individual parts, sub-assemblies and assemblies, as well as selecting optimal manufacturing concepts and creating the required work plans
- Design & Specification: Define technical requirements and create specifications for Jigs & Tools based on product requirements and integrated industrial systems
- Interface Management: Close collaboration in multifunctional teams with Industrial Architects, Process Engineers, procurement, manufacturing departments and external suppliers
- Continuous Improvement: Identify manufacturing problems, initiate corrective actions and implement cost-improvement measures to increase industrial performance
- Technology Integration: Integrate mature technologies from research and development, such as Robotics & Automation, into ongoing operations
Qualifications
- Completed degree in aircraft construction, engineering or a technical subject (at least technician/specialist)
- Several years of professional experience in manufacturing/production as well as with Jigs & Tools and technical documentation
- Initial experience in project management
- Confident handling of SAP (knowledge of detailed functions) and Google Workspace
- Good knowledge of continuous improvement processes (CIP)
- Business fluent German (at least C1) and proficient English
- Strong teamwork skills, communication skills and independent working style
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
