For our client Lufthansa Technik AG, we are looking for an Engineer for Production Equipment Planning at the Hamburg site. You will shape the technical equipment for aircraft and component maintenance – from planning to commissioning. In an international environment, you will develop solutions that increase efficiency and safety in production.

Responsibilities
- Production Equipment Planning: Planning, procurement, and commissioning of electrical aids, test and inspection equipment, and IT-based systems (Operational Technology)
- System Analysis: Evaluation and further development of existing technical systems and facilities
- Design Approval: Technical description, approval of designs, and release of manufactured fixtures
- Project Collaboration: Participation in national and international projects for equipping production sites with machinery and equipment
- Customer Consultation: Support and technical advice for internal customers regarding production equipment and technical fixtures
Qualifications
- Successfully completed university degree in Electrical Engineering, Technical Computer Science, Automation Technology, Measurement and Control Technology, or a comparable field
- Initial professional experience in the application or design of electrical and electronic production equipment
- Knowledge in the field of product and operational safety (Low Voltage Directive, EMC, Machinery Directive, ProdSG, BetrSichV)
- Good knowledge of IT hardware and software as well as general computer skills
- Good English skills (at least B2)
- Analytical and conceptual thinking skills as well as teamwork
- English B2
- Willingness to work in the early shift
- Nice to have: Airfield driving licence
- Nice to have: Aircraft Maintenance Licence (AML)
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
