You plan occupancy layouts, coordinate refurbishment projects, and ensure efficient use of available space through data-driven optimization. The gross annual salary is, depending on qualifications, max. 63,141 €. This position is initially to be filled on a fixed-term basis until 30.11.2027. Responsibilities
- Space Database (Planon): Professionally maintain space and user data and modify according to requirements
- Layout Planning: Design and create furniture layouts and occupancy plans
- Move Coordination: Plan and coordinate the preparation and execution of moves and minor refurbishments
- Regulation Compliance: Check building usage guidelines and fire safety regulations during refurbishments and ensure compliance
- Project Control: Coordinate on-site executing companies and conduct performance acceptance and invoice verification
- Reporting: Determine Key Performance Indicators and create various reports
- System Processing: Operationally handle order and notification processes in SAP and Planon
Qualifications
- Completed degree in Facility Management or equivalent qualification (minimum Master's degree)
- Several years of professional experience in project management
- Experience in space management and the execution of refurbishment projects is desirable
- Detailed specialist knowledge in MS Office, SAP, and AutoCAD; knowledge of G-Suite required
- Business fluent German (at least C1) and proficient English (at least B2)
- Knowledge of Workplace Regulations (ASR) and relevant DIN standards is advantageous
- Teamwork skills, good communication skills, and an independent working style
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
