For our client HENSOLDT Sensors GmbH, we are looking for a Field Service Technician with focus on Repair and Maintenance at the Kiel location. In this mobile role, you are responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of highly sensitive radar and reconnaissance systems – directly on-site with the customer.

The gross annual salary is, depending on qualifications, max. 43,428 €. This position is initially to be filled on a fixed-term basis until 31.07.2027. Responsibilities
- Installation and Repair of electrical and mechanical components on radar and reconnaissance systems at customer sites
- Cable Assembly of special cables including mounting and testing of connectors
- Maintenance and Servicing of technical systems according to specific requirements
- Documentation: Support in creating maintenance and installation instructions
- Field Service with very high willingness to travel for national and international assignments, including multi-week deployments
Qualifications
- Completed vocational training as a ship electrician, ship electronics technician, telecommunications technician, or mechatronics technician
- Several years of professional experience, ideally in the field of service, repair, or maintenance of technical systems
- Proficient use of MS Office and SAP
- Business fluent German (at least C1) and proficient English (at least B2)
- Valid Class B/3 driver's license required
- Ability to work at heights and no fear of heights
- Very high willingness to travel for national and international assignments
- Teamwork skills, communication strength, and a high degree of sense of responsibility
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
