Tasks

• Grinding and deburring aerospace components, with a focus on dimensional accuracy and surface quality
• Cutting out milling contours using a band saw and a cutting-out machine according to specifications
• Drilling with templates in accordance with the technical drawing
• Blending transitions and removing chatter marks to improve quality
• Confident reading of technical drawings and implementing work instructions within the manufacturing process
• Operating vibratory finishing/deburring systems (tumbling deburring units), including process monitoring
• Performing inspection tasks and recording the work sequence in a documentation-compliant manner
• Contributing to process improvements in manufacturing / production

Qualifications

• Completed vocational training as a mechanic, structural fitter or industrial fitter, or in a comparable metalworking trade
• Several years of professional experience in manufacturing / production, in the metalworking sector, and as a fitter/locksmith in an industrial environment
• German: fluent / business proficient (min. C1)
• Strong team skills
• Independent and structured way of working
• A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
