Responsibilities
- Aircraft handling: Loading and unloading of all Airbus aircraft types as well as Beluga, charter, and third-party aircraft according to loading instructions
- Ground operations: Supervision of fuel facilities, docking/undocking, towing, weighing, jacking, and refueling/de-fueling of all Airbus types
- Industrial trucks: Operation of all equipment and vehicles within the area of responsibility
- Quality control: Inspection and documentation using work templates as well as checking vehicles and operating resources according to BGV A1
- Aircraft servicing: Responsibility for toilet and fresh water supply as well as disinfection of the system
- Mobile services: Performing mobile WC service directly at the aircraft
Qualifications
- Completed vocational training as a metalworker, vehicle body builder, or in a metalworking trade
- Several years of experience in the aerospace industry, ideally initial experience in aircraft handling
- Driving license class CE/2 mandatory; forklift license advantageous
- Proficient German skills (at least B2); basic English skills (at least A2)
- Willingness to work in 2-shift operation (weekly rotation)
- Independent working style, team skills, and high concentration ability
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
