Head of Human Resources


For our team we are looking for a lateral-thinking person who will bear the group's overall responsibility for the operational HR management. As a sparring partner engaged at eye level who delivers reliable technical input and who excels as an initiatory and creative consultant in decision-making processes, you will support and be responsible for all personnel issues within the growing ARTS group.

Task description

  • overall management of the group employees in all areas of human resource management
  • planning, control and management of all personnel-related processes based on the corresponding key figures
  • trusting and cooperative advice in group-wide issues, such as staff recruitment and retention, compensation issues and further development
  • active link to the team members and support for all communicative processes
  • definition, standardisation, documentation and establishment of process in the area of operational staff
  • supervision and control of the activities of the team in active consultation with the team leaders
  • reporting to management and consulting in the relevant areas of the company
  • company representation at congresses, in working groups, conferences and in networking activities


  • degree in business or the social sciences with a focus on HR
  • alternatively, degree in personnel management, or further education in the field of personnel management
  • at least 5 years of professional experience in HR management and in-depth leadership experience
  • expertise in the field of personnel work in a medium-sized company
  • extensive knowledge in designing HR processes, and in implementing and developing them in personnel management
  • entrepreneurial thinking and structured and responsible work methods
  • negotiating skills, commitment and assertiveness
  • understanding and openness to corporate culture and its values
  • a high degree of reliability, organisational skills and strong communication skills complete your profile
