Responsibilities


  • Equipment and assembly of systems such as fuel systems and flight controls
  • Structural assembly of metal and composite components using aircraft-specific procedures
  • Work planning and execution using processes such as drilling, riveting, and bonding
  • Leak testing on fuel tanks and other critical components
  • Documentation of all work steps in the production plan and quality verification
  • Handover of completed assemblies to internal and external customers


Qualifications

  • Completed vocational training as an aircraft mechanic (specializing in production technology or maintenance technology) or comparable commercial training
  • Many years of professional experience in manufacturing or production, ideally in aircraft construction or aerospace
  • Practical experience in the field of composite materials and knowledge of classical helicopter structure and equipment
  • Business fluent German (at least C1) and proficient English (at least B2)
  • Willingness to work shifts and to undertake assembly assignments requiring travel
  • Strong teamwork skills, high commitment, resilience, and flexibility
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
