Responsibilities
- Paint preparation: Dosing and mixing coating systems
- Surface preparation: Sanding and filling components, masking paint-free zones
- Component readiness: Preparing complete HS assemblies and helicopters for painting
- Paint application: Professionally applying primer and topcoat
- Cleaning: Cleaning military helicopters and components
- Quality assurance: Performing and documenting quality steps
- Documentation: Documenting all work steps according to specifications
Qualifications
- Completed vocational training as a painter and varnisher or vehicle painter
- Several years of professional experience in manufacturing or production, especially as a painter
- Experience in dosing and mixing coating systems as well as surface preparation
- Advanced application knowledge in MS Office
- Business fluent German (at least C1); basic English skills (at least A2)
- Willingness to work shifts (2nd and 3rd shift) and overtime
- Teamwork skills, high motivation, flexibility, and independent working style
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
