YOUR MISSION - INSPIRE TALENT AND OPTIMISE PROCESSES:
- Getting to know each other made easy: organise and conduct exciting introductory and recruitment interviews. Be the first positive impression for our new talents!
- Active sourcing: Inspire new talent via social media and at recruiting events. You are the key to attracting the best specialists!
- Build bridges: Be the central point of contact for colleagues, customers and external partners in all HR-related matters. Your communication skills are in demand!
- Design processes: Ensure a smooth recruitment process, including the creation of individual employment contracts. You bring structure to our processes!
- Numbers and data: Enter applicant data in our tools and create meaningful qualification profiles. Your analytical skills are crucial!
- Contracts & references: Draw up employment contracts and references - you are the key to our professional communication!
- Project management: Generate follow-up projects for expiring assignments and ensure that no talent is lost. Your initiative counts!
- Continuous improvement process: Ensure that our HR processes are constantly optimised. Your contribution makes the difference!
- Public relations: Present us at trade fairs, job and recruitment fairs. You are our ambassador and contribute to the visibility of our brand!
Qualifications
- You have completed a commercial apprenticeship and already have experience in HR.
- You are communicative and can manage highly qualified technical and commercial staff.
- Your German language skills are very good and you are business fluent in English - another language is a plus!
- You are service-orientated and show initiative to support our internal and external partners in the best possible way.
- Open-mindedness and team spirit are a matter of course for you.
