You advise managers on all personnel-related matters, steer HR processes, and develop forward-looking solutions for personnel development and resource planning together with the business.

Responsibilities


  • Managerial consulting on labor law issues and organizational changes
  • Strategic HR steering by introducing HR topics and processes into the specialist departments
  • Personnel development with individual career counseling, potential development, and succession planning
  • Resource planning in close coordination with managers and the department controlling
  • Compensation management including the determination and agreement of salary development
  • Recruitment of key and management positions by conducting selection interviews
  • Internal approval procedures in cooperation with the works council and the representative for severely disabled persons


Qualifications

  • Completed degree in law, psychology, or business informatics (at least Bachelor's)
  • Several years of professional experience as an HR Business Partner and in human resources
  • Initial application knowledge of SAP as well as knowledge of Google Workspace
  • Basic knowledge of change management, payroll accounting, and project management
  • Business fluent German (at least C1) and business fluent English (at least C1)
  • Professional experience in large, international corporations is desirable; Airbus experience and knowledge of Workday are advantageous
  • Strong communication skills, teamwork, decision-making ability, and an independent way of working
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
