Responsibilities


  • Metal processing: Shaping and machining metal materials
  • Composite processing: Working with sub-assemblies made from composite materials
  • System integration: Installing components and systems into metal structures
  • Documentation: Comprehensive recording of work processes and sequences
  • Process optimization: Improving workflows for complex assemblies
  • Material management: Assigning materials to specific manufacturing orders
  • Assembly work: Riveting, bonding, and screwing on sheet metal sub-assemblies such as firewalls and bulkheads
  • Prototype construction: Building prototypes for new assemblies and components


Qualifications

  • Completed vocational training as an industrial mechanic, metalworker, vehicle body builder, or in a comparable skilled metalworking trade
  • Several years of professional experience in precision mechanics, manufacturing, or industrial mechanics
  • Practical experience in metal processing and assembly of components
  • Teamwork skills and independent way of working
  • Willingness to work shifts
  • Good German language skills; proficient English skills (at least B2)
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
