Tasks
- Assembling small mechanical and electronic assemblies with hand tools according to parts lists, drawings, and work plans
- Completing manufactured components to form complete end devices
- Applying various joining methods such as screwing, gluing, and soldering
- Performing electronic and functional testing of finished end devices (after training)
- Ensuring a careful, structured way of working in a team environment
Qualifications
- Completed vocational training as an electronics technician for aeronautical systems (aircraft electronics technician), precision mechanic, industrial mechanic, mechatronics technician, or comparable/technical training
- Initial professional experience in precision mechanics, manufacturing/production, industrial mechanics, mechanics, or mechatronics
- Many years of experience in the assembly of components or devices
- Experience in working with technical drawings
- Knowledge of soldering and gluing
- Business fluent in German (at least C1), basic knowledge of English
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
