Responsibilities
- Project planning for production facilities, logistics systems, and operational equipment with a focus on cross-site standardization
- Preliminary planning and concept development for production facilities, including rough concepts, budget estimates, and cost-benefit analyses
- Project management throughout the entire realization period with responsibility for costs, deadlines, qualification, and coordination of external companies
- Resource and infrastructure planning with budget requirements and creation of schedule frameworks
- Project structuring by forming sub-projects and creating an overarching project brief
- Requirements management and co-design of technical specifications
- Procedure and process development based on Value Stream Analyses within sub-projects
- Change management with continuous control, monitoring, and initiation of corrective actions
Qualifications
- Completed degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, Automation Technology, or Aerospace Engineering, preferably with a Master's or Diplom degree
- Many years of professional experience in project management (over 4 years) and several years of experience in an industrial production environment
- Experience in the fields of aircraft construction, automation, and industrialization is an advantage
- Very good knowledge of MS Office; experience with CATIA and dynamic simulations is desirable
- Good knowledge of project management; knowledge of production control and logistics planning is an advantage
- Business fluent German (at least C1) and business fluent English (at least C1)
- Teamwork skills, goal- and solution-oriented approach, assertiveness, strong communication skills, and high resilience
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
