The gross annual salary is, depending on qualifications, max. 69,809 €. This position is initially to be filled on a fixed-term basis until 31.12.2027. Responsibilities


  • Technical operational responsibility for the entire network infrastructure in Germany and ensuring stable, high-quality operations according to ITIL
  • Provider management of IT service providers according to contractually defined KPIs and SLAs for the technical implementation of the network infrastructure
  • Project cooperation with other IT departments and teams during the introduction of new, network-based solutions
  • Cost planning and adherence for the network infrastructure, including continuous development and improvement
  • Technical support for root cause analyses and troubleshooting
  • Authorization management of the highest administrative accesses and permissions within your area of responsibility


Qualifications

  • Successfully completed Master's or Diplom degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a comparable field
  • Several years of professional experience in IT, particularly in operating IT infrastructure solutions or as an IT project manager in the field of network infrastructures
  • In-depth knowledge of one or more of the following technologies: LAN, WAN, WiFi, DDI (DNS, DHCP, IP Address Management)
  • Experience with Cisco Nexus and ACI, Cisco Switches & Routers, Cisco Wireless Lan Controllers & Access Points, as well as EfficientIP is desirable
  • Knowledge of ITIL processes, especially the Service Operations phase, is required; Cisco certifications are an advantage
  • Business fluent German (at least C1) and business fluent English (at least C1)
  • Analytical thinking, assertiveness, initiative, teamwork, and flexibility
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
